My order did eventually arrive, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I was definitely left waiting around and checking for updates that barely changed. Better tracking would’ve helped a lot. i’d at least appreciate an apology for the delay

I’m usually a little picky about getting good value, but this was a nice surprise. The prices felt fair to me, and the quality ended up being better than I expected for what I paid.
